Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing UltraNomad you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account. Automated bulk access is prohibited without written permission.
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, blog posts, place listings). By submitting, you grant UltraNomad a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and adapt your content within the platform, including AI-assisted structuring and summarization.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, spam, hateful content, or content that violates others' rights. Do not manipulate rankings through fake accounts or coordinated voting. Violations result in account suspension.
5. Rankings and AI
Rankings reflect aggregated community votes processed through our Elo algorithm. AI features (concierge, structuring, moderation) are assistive and may produce errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
6. Paid plans
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of charge. Day/week passes are non-refundable once activated.
7. Business listings
Claimed business listings must be operated by authorized representatives of the business. Specials and boosts must be truthful. We reserve the right to remove misleading business content.
8. Limitation of liability
UltraNomad is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on rankings, AI recommendations, or user-generated content. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through profile settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are communicated 14 days in advance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
